Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure
We welcome reports from security researchers who identify potential vulnerabilities in DPOSaaS. Responsible disclosure helps improve security for everyone.
How to report
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to our security team at:

- →Provide enough detail for us to reproduce and understand the issue (steps, affected URL/component, impact).
- →Give us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure.
- →Avoid accessing, modifying or deleting data that does not belong to you.
- →Do not perform testing that could degrade service availability for other users (e.g. denial-of-service).
- →Do not use automated scanning tools against production systems without prior authorisation.
Our process
Report
Send details to info@dposaaas.com.br. Include steps to reproduce, impact and any relevant evidence.
Acknowledge
We aim to acknowledge receipt of your report within a reasonable timeframe.
Investigate
Our team investigates and validates the report, assessing severity and impact.
Remediate
Confirmed issues are addressed according to their severity and risk to customers.
Follow up
We follow up with the reporter once the issue has been resolved.
